Poor customer service.
Good doctors have gone.
One nurse in the whole surgery.
Doctors who are cold and insensitive and rush you.
Absolutely terrible.

Ever since the clinic has had a change in management it has gradually got worse and worse.
There is no support offered by the clinic and they refer all medical help to the local hospital.
I would strongly recommend choosing another surgery if you are a patient requiring regular attention.

On phone for over 45 mins or cut off because they are busy and when you do get through no appointments and telephne consultations only and then they get your prescription wronge

Impossible to get an appointment unless you queue outside, possibly in the rain, on the day around an hour before it opens. Such a shame because the doctors are generally great.
